HNTE Renewal Approved

SYCC passes review for High- and New- Technology Enterprise (HNTE) renewal

December 2021: Shenyang Cell Center has passed the triannual review for HNTE status, the second HNTE review for the company since its foundation six years ago.

The criteria for HNTE are established by the State Council, with the Ministry of Finance, the State Taxation Administration, and the Ministry of Science and Technology jointly responsible for reviewing and approving HNTE applications. To be eligible for HNTE, a company must satisfy the stringent requirements on ownership of core intellectual property, R&D personnel, net asset growth rate, sales income growth rate, and commercialization of R&D. Qualifying for HNTE status is a testament to the company’s R&D capabilities.
